Medical Science Liaison

At NewBridge, we are building a high-impact, science-driven Medical Affairs organization across MENA. As part of this journey, we are looking for a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to lead scientific engagement across our Hepatology portfolio in Saudi Arabia

This is a field-based, non-promotional role focused on peer-to-peer scientific exchange, stakeholder engagement, and generating actionable medical insights that shape strategy and improve patient outcomes.

Required Competencies, Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy or Life Sciences
  • Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in Medical Affairs (MSL/Medical advisor), preferably within an MNC
  • Experience in hepatology or related therapeutic area is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong ability to engage and influence scientific stakeholders
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
Responsibilities & Accountabilities 1) External Scientific Engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Medical Experts (KMEs) and relevant stakeholders
  • Lead high-quality scientific discussions on disease state, clinical data, and treatment paradigms
  • Deliver educational presentations and support scientific exchange platforms (advisory boards, symposia, congresses)
  • Provide balanced, accurate, and timely medical information to HCPs and internal stakeholders
  • Capture and communicate field insights to inform medical and cross-functional strategies
2) Medical & Strategic Contribution
  • Act as a therapeutic area expert within the organization
  • Support evidence generation activities (IIS, publications, research collaborations)
  • Contribute to medical strategy execution and cross-functional initiatives
  • Support development and review of scientific materials
3) Compliance & Governance
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in full compliance with local regulations, company policies, and ethical standards
  • Maintain the highest standards of scientific integrity and patient-centricity
