Job Ad — Medical Scribe (Clinical Documentation Specialist)

About the Role
We’re hiring a Medical Scribe to support doctors by handling real-time clinical documentation and admin tasks inside the EMR—so physicians can focus on patient care and clinic flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Document patient encounters in the EMR (HPI, ROS, exam, assessment/plan) in real time
- Prepare and format medical reports, referral letters, sick leaves, and follow-up plans
- Assist with ordering workflows (labs/imaging) and tracking results for physician review
- Support documentation accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness
- Coordinate with nursing/reception/RCM for smooth patient flow (as needed)
- Maintain strict confidentiality and follow clinic documentation standards
Requirements
- Experience: 1+ year as a medical scribe / clinic coordinator / medical documentation role (preferred)
- Education: Healthcare background preferred (nursing/allied health/medical graduate). Strong candidates without clinical degrees will be considered if experienced
- Skills:
- Fast and accurate typing (ideally 50+ WPM)
- Strong medical English (Arabic is a plus)
- Comfortable with EMR systems and structured clinical notes
- High attention to detail, speed, and professionalism under pressure
