Medical Scribe

```Duties```
As a Medical Scribe, your primary responsibility will be to assist healthcare professionals in accurately documenting patient encounters. You will work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners , and other medical staff to ensure comprehensive and detailed medical records.

- Transcribe medical dictations and patient interactions
- Assist with medical documentation, including history, physical exams, and treatment plans
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and complete documentation
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations

Note: Previous experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
