Medical Scribe

We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Medical Scribe to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our provider by ensuring accurate, timely, and organized documentation within the EMR system. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced medical environment. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.

Responsibilities

• Assist the provider with navigating and documenting within the EMR system
• Accurately enter clinical information into patient charts
• Retrieve and organize patient information such as prior notes, reports, lab results, and imaging
• Respond to patient messages and complete tasks as directed by the provider
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation in the EMR
• Conduct research or information lookups as requested by the provider

Qualifications

• Prior medical experience required (medical scribe, medical assistant, clinical experience, or similar)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, positive, and dependable attitude
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with EMR systems preferred
