The ideal candidate will have experience in medical terminology and have a strong understanding of medical records and documentation. The Medical Scribe will be responsible for accurately documenting patient encounters, ensuring that all information is accurately recorded and that all relevant data is collected. The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing support to the medical staff, ensuring that all patient visits are documented in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately document patient encounters in the electronic health record.
• Assist physicians with documentation and data entry.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy.
• Organize medical records and documents for easy retrieval.
• Understand medical terminology and abbreviations.
• Understand anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
• Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations.

Requirements:

• Commitment for at least 1 year.
• Bilingual in English and Korean.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic computer knowledge.

Medical background is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to fully teach all the responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
