We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our healthcare team. The Medical Scribe will play a crucial role in supporting healthcare providers by accurately documenting patient encounters in real-time. Duties

• Accurately transcribe medical documentation during patient visits, ensuring all relevant information is captured.
• Maintain and update electronic medical records (EMR) with patient history, examination findings, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive documentation of patient encounters.
• Familiarize yourself with medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology to enhance the quality of documentation.
• Assist in the organization and management of medical office tasks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards regarding patient information.

Experience

• Prior experience or coursework in a medical office setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of anatomy and physiology is essential for effective documentation.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and emergency room procedures is highly desirable.
• Strong typing skills are required to efficiently transcribe notes during patient interactions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
