Medical Scribe

We are seeking an experienced Medical Scribe to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in clinical documentation, medical terminology, and electronic health record (EHR) systems. You’ll work directly with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely charting of patient encounters, supporting efficient clinical workflows and high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Accurately document patient encounters in real-time during medical examinations.
• Record histories, physical exam findings, procedures, and diagnostic results.
• Enter orders, referrals, and follow-up instructions as directed by the provider.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of all medical records.
• Manage and update EHRs efficiently, maintaining compliance with privacy and security protocols.
• Support the provider’s workflow to maximize quality and productivity.

Job Requirements

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required – must be able to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking patients and staff
• Travel required – ability to travel between clinic locations as needed
• Relevant clinical experience preferred (e.g., medical assistant, healthcare support role, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and clinical procedures
• Ability to accurately document patient information and maintain medical records
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with EMR systems preferred
• Professional demeanor and commitment to patient confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
