We are currently seeking a Full-Time Medical Scribe to join our growing team.

Position Summary:
The Medical Scribe will work directly with our physicians and nurse practitioners to document patient visits in real-time, using the eClinicalWorks (eCW) electronic medical records system. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in a healthcare career who is detail-oriented, efficient, and passionate about women’s health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately document patient encounters in eClinicalWorks (eCW) during examinations and consultations
• Record patient history, physical exams, procedures, diagnoses, and treatment plans
• Assist in managing and tracking lab orders, imaging results, referrals, and follow-ups
• Maintain up-to-date and complete patient charts
• Support providers with administrative tasks and workflow optimization
• Maintain strict patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
• Communicate effectively with providers, clinical staff, and front office team

Required Qualifications:

• Experience using eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR is required
• Bilingual in Spanish or Arabic is strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, particularly in women’s health
• Prior experience as a medical scribe or in a clinical/OBGYN setting preferred
• Excellent typing skills (minimum 60 WPM) and comfort with computer systems
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or college coursework in a health-related field preferred
