They improve doctor efficiency by recording patient histories, physical exams, and lab results, allowing providers to focus on patient care rather than paperwork.   • Real-time Documentation: Documenting accurate, detailed, and timely notes during patient encounters (history, exam, assessment, plan).
  • EHR Management: Navigating the EHR system to input patient information, including documenting findings from physical exams and diagnostic tests.
  • Information Retrieval: Locating previous medical records, lab results, and imaging reports for the physician to review.
  • Patient Interaction: Often accompanying the physician into the exam room to record patient interviews.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assisting with clerical tasks, such as typing up discharge instructions or coordinating referrals, under the direction of the provider.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
