Job Overview:
MaxRemind is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Medical Scribe to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and documenting patient-related information, maintaining accurate medical records, and supporting medical billing operations through proper documentation and data interpretation. This role requires strong listening skills, particularly for US accents, and a solid understanding of medical billing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Listen to patient and provider interactions and prepare accurate medical documentation
• Maintain and update medical records with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Review documentation to ensure compliance with quality and billing standards
• Identify errors, gaps, and areas for improvement in documentation and billing processes
• Maintain accurate reports and documentation using Microsoft Excel
• Assist in supporting quality assurance benchmarks within the team
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced work environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of medical billing (Must)
• Understanding of medical terminology and claim processes
• Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent English listening skills (especially for US accent)
• Strong communication and comprehension abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (reporting & data handling)
• Good analytical and observation skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Morning Shift: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (Mon-Fri)
