Job Description:
Seeking a Medical Scribe & Personal Assistant to support a solo physician in primary care and skilled nursing settings. This role includes transcribing daily patient notes, preparing prescriptions, tracking follow-ups and orders, and performing day-to-day personal assistant duties.

Administrative & Personal Assistant Duties:

• Filing and organizing paperwork
• Running errands
• Handling phone calls and emails
• Managing outgoing mail

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a medical scribe or healthcare assistant preferred
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

Compensation:

• Varies based on experience, starting at $25/hour
