Minimum of 2 years of documented experience as well as solid work ethics is required.

You will be required to accurately document each patient encounter using the Tebra EMR system with accurate medical record keeping electronically and with efficiency in clinic operations. Duties

• Transcribe detailed patient interactions in real-time using Tebra Electronic Medical Record (EMR) or Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to ensure precise documentation of diagnoses, treatments, and patient histories
• Support physicians and healthcare providers during patient examinations by preparing necessary equipment and assisting with clinical procedures
• Manage medical records by organizing, updating, and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with privacy regulations
• Assist in collecting vital signs, medical histories, and other relevant patient information to facilitate thorough clinical assessments
• Perform basic administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering patient inquiries, and managing correspondence within the medical office
• Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment and ensure all medical supplies are stocked and ready for use
• Utilize physiology and anatomy knowledge to understand medical terminology and assist with Podiatry related minor procedures when needed

Requirements

• Proven experience in a medical office setting or as a Medical Scribe, with familiarity using Tebra EMR/EHR systems for documentation
• Strong transcription skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and human anatomy to accurately record clinical information
• Excellent typing skills to efficiently document patient encounters in real-time
• Prior experience working in Podiatry environments is highly desirable for handling foot and ankle situations effectively
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure
• Basic understanding of medical records management and confidentiality protocols

Pay: $22.50 - $28.00 per hour
