Medical Scribe / Clinical Documentation Specialist

Job Summary

Medica One Health is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Medical Scribe / Clinical Documentation Specialist to join our growing medical office.

We are looking for a professional who is fast, organized, dependable, and highly experienced with medical documentation, workflow management, and insurance-focused chart completion.

This position plays a critical role in supporting providers through accurate real-time documentation, chart completion, and clinical workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Complete and finalize medical notes accurately and efficiently
• Assist providers with real-time documentation
• Review charts for completeness and accuracy
• Enter patient information into eClinicalWorks (ECW)
• Assist with clinical workflow and follow-up documentation
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality
• Support providers with high-volume clinical documentation needs

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Medical Scribe experience REQUIRED
• Expert knowledge of eClinicalWorks (ECW) REQUIRED
• Fluent English and Spanish REQUIRED
• Excellent grammar, spelling, and communication skills
• Strong understanding of medical terminology
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• References REQUIRED

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Primary Care or Internal Medicine
• Experience with insurance documentation requirements
• Knowledge of coding/documentation standards is a plus
