Medical Scribe/Clinical Assistant/Front Office

Busy ENT and Allergy practice in The Woodlands is seeking a multiple positions for the Front Office and for Medical Scribe/Clinical Assistant. Front Office candidates will check in/check out patients, answer patient phone calls, and verify insurances. Previous Medical Scribes/Clinical Assistants have gone to MD schools at Baylor College of Medicine, UT Southwestern, UT San Antonio-Long, UTMB, UT Houston-McGovern, Texas A&M, and Texas Tech; DO schools at TCOM, Sam Houston, Rocky Vista, and Kansas College; PA schools at Yale, Baylor College of Medicine, UT Southwestern, UTMB, UNT, UT San Antonio-Long and Mississippi Christian University; Nursing schools at UTMB and Sam Houston; DC school at Texas Chiropractic College; and Anesthesiologist Assistant school at Case Western Reserve. As experience is gained, more responsibility will be given for patient care. Candidate must multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast paced environment. The clinic requires all employees to comply with HIPAA and OSHA regulations. Opportunity exists for presentation and publication of clinical research outside of normal clinic hours.

Pay: $10.00 - $18.00 per hour
