Medical Scribe/Clinical Documentation Specialist
PT
The Medical Scribe / Clinical Documentation Specialist supports providers by documenting patient visits in real time and keeping medical records accurate and up to date.

This is a part-time, on-site role that works directly alongside providers during appointments, entering notes, updating charts, and assisting with orders in the electronic health record system. The position also helps organize lab results and other information to keep the clinic running smoothly. This allows providers to focus more on patient care while ensuring documentation is complete.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Strong typing skills and clear communication are important, and while a medical background is helpful, it is not required.
