Job Title: Medical Assistant

Job Description:

• Escort Patients with Care and Compassion: Welcome patients warmly and escort them to exam rooms, engaging in friendly conversation to alleviate any concerns. Assist patients in preparing for their medical visits.
• Accurate Medical Scribing: Document patient-provider interactions, diagnoses, and procedures with precision. Strong typing, spelling, and grammar skills are essential.
• Support In-Office Procedures: Work closely with providers during skin biopsies, cultures, and surgeries to ensure seamless patient care.
• Effective Communication: Liaise with patients and pharmacies regarding prescription needs. Facilitate prescription orders, provide patient instructions, and address inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Patient Scheduling: Coordinate and manage patient appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and minimizing wait times.
• Ensure Operational Efficiency: Manage the turnover of exam rooms and surgical equipment to maintain a smooth workflow and uphold our commitment to punctual patient care.
• Team Collaboration: Embrace a flexible approach to support colleagues and assist with additional duties as needed, including clerical tasks. Build strong relationships with your team and contribute to an exceptional patient experience.

Work Location: 2 locations Hilliard, OH and Powell/Lewis Center, OH. Candidate must be able to work at both locations.
