M/D Systems Inc., headquartered in Woodland Hills, has been providing practice management computer systems, utilizing our own software, to Physicians throughout California for over 54 years. We help physician offices manage the business side of medicine through our diverse product offerings and our array of services:

As a Support Associate:

• You are the pivotal contact for our Doctors and their staff.
• You are a key customer advocate.
• You promote and maintain a positive customer attitude utilizing your service and technical skills.
• You will assist in preparation of customer output documents and prepare for final shipment.
• You will become expert in our Practice Management, providing insight and knowledge on general inquiries and advanced system navigation. You will ultimately research and solve complicated issues.

Requirements:

• Experience working in the medical office and strong understanding of the Billing process
• Strong interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
• Analytical thinker with the ability to seek and apply technical knowledge
• Hands on experience with Windows, networks and related software applications.
• Good verbal/ written communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Live in or near the San Fernando Valley

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
