About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and Medical Software Sales Representative to drive growth in the Knoxville area. This is a relationship-driven role requiring in-person visits to clinics, physician offices, and healthcare groups. The ideal candidate has deep roots in the local medical community and a proven track record of selling into outpatient clinics.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, practice managers, and clinic decision-makers
- Actively visit clinics across Knoxville and surrounding areas to generate new business
- Leverage existing network and connections to accelerate sales cycles
- Present and demonstrate medical software solutions tailored to clinic workflows
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Provide market feedback and insights to leadership
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in medical/healthcare sales (EMR, RCM, SaaS, or similar preferred)
- Established network within Knoxville-area clinics and healthcare providers
- Strong track record of closing deals and hitting revenue targets
- Comfortable with in-person, field-based sales (this is not a remote-only role)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset
Preferred Background:
- Experience selling to neurology, cardiology, or specialty clinics is a plus
- Familiarity with clinic operations, billing workflows, or practice management systems
Compensation:
- Base salary of $60k per year + a minimum expected bonus of $45k to uncapped
- Mileage and customer access expense account included
