MEDICAL SPA FRONT DESK COORDINATOR/BILINGUAL-LICENSED ESTHETICIAN

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Bilingual Licensed Esthetician , Medical Assistant, or massage therapist with sales experience join our medical spa team as a Front Desk Coordinator. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, manage appointment scheduling, and support various aesthetic treatments. Your expertise in esthetic procedures, excellent customer service skills, and ability to manage administrative tasks will ensure a seamless experience for our guests. Fluency in Spanish and English is required to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine clinical knowledge with administrative excellence in a professional spa environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional guest services, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Manage appointment scheduling using software such as AestheticsPro, coordinating treatment bookings efficiently.
  • Assist clients with product demos, retail sales, and upselling additional services or skincare products.
  • Support the clinical team with esthetic treatments including liposculture, botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, dermabrasion, and laser treatments.
  • Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards in treatment rooms and front desk areas following health regulations.
  • Handle front desk duties such as check-in/check-out procedures, answering inquiries via phone or social media management platforms, and managing client records.
  • Promote services through social media management to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
  • Manage retail inventory and assist with product recommendations based on client needs.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks including managing guest files and processing payments accurately.

Skills

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with diverse clients.
  • Licensed Esthetician with experience in medical spa treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, laser therapy, and skin rejuvenation procedures.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality standards.
  • Proficiency in med spa management software including Aestheticspro.
  • Experience with social media management to promote spa services and products effectively.
  • Knowledge of retail sales techniques and upselling strategies to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to coordinate with clients and team members seamlessly.
  • Ability to maintain sanitation standards rigorously while supporting clinical procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage appointments efficiently while providing exceptional guest services. Pay: $18.00 - $26.36 per hour
