Front Desk, Customer Coordinator

Schedule: Mon (9-6pm), Tues, Thurs (10-6pm), and every other Saturday (10-3pm).

Duties:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Understand all products and services provided by Aeterna and be able to educate clients.

- Assisting with social media posts each day while onsite.
- Comfort with creating content, editing and engaging with potential customers.
- Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as needed
- Manage cash register and checkout
- Coordinate and assist with event planning and execution
- Transcribe documents and maintain organized files
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying

Skills:

- Previous experience working in an office or clerical role preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using Google Suite and other office software applications
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus
