Medical Spa Front Desk Reception/Sales

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Medical Spa Front Desk/Receptionist, preferably bilingual in Korean and English, to join our team. This role is vital in creating a welcoming environment for clients, managing appointments, and supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong customer service orientation, and experience with retail sales and cashiering. This position offers an engaging work environment where you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking aesthetic treatments and wellness services.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations efficiently using POS systems
  • Handle phone inquiries with professional phone etiquette, providing information and booking appointments with treatment protocols and guidelines.
  • Assist clients with product demos, explaining treatment options, and upselling services or retail products. (Upsale commission will be provided)
  • Process transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures
  • Maintain merchandising displays and stock shelves with skincare products or retail items
  • Provide topical numbing cream to clients based on their needs and protocols.
  • Follow HIPAA law carefully, and make sure to receive all intakes, and consent forms.
  • Perform stock management, including inventory checks and restocking supplies
  • Support sales initiatives by promoting treatments, packages, and retail products to enhance client experience.
  • Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and inviting at all times
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional client satisfaction
  • Escalate any issues or troubles appropriately.

Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and (Spanish or Korean or Chinese) is preferred to effectively communicate with diverse clients.
  • Able to use computer systems very efficiently and smoothly.
  • Apply topical numbing cream pre-treatments and do basic after-care post treatments.
  • Be proactive on the incoming client schedules.
  • Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or front desk roles within a medical spa or similar environment is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, retail math, and stock management
  • Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining excellent customer relations
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
  • Have outgoing personality with attention to details.
  • Supervising experience is a plus for candidates interested in growth opportunities within the team.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of skincare products or medical spa treatments is advantageous but not required

  • Are you able to work on Saturdays? We're closed on Sundays and Mondays, but Saturday availability is a must.
  • Operations hours are Tuesday to Saturday from 10am to 6pm. Must be able to work full time on the operations hours.
