Medical Spa Laser Technician and Aesthetician

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Medical Spa Laser Technician and Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for skincare and aesthetics, combined with a thorough understanding of laser treatments and beauty services. In this role, you will deliver personalized aesthetic treatments, educate clients on skincare options, and contribute to creating a welcoming environment focused on client satisfaction and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic laser treatments such as erbium, IPL, and RF microneedling
• Provide comprehensive skincare consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable treatments or products.
• Keep accurate and timely medical records
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly cleaning and sterilizing equipment and treatment areas in compliance with health regulations.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and available treatment options through clear communication and product demos.
• Assist in retail sales by promoting skincare products and treatment packages aligned with client needs.
• Support the team by staying current on industry trends, new techniques, and continuing education opportunities to improve service quality.

Experience

• Proven experience in aesthetic laser treatments, specifically erbium, IPL, and RF microneedling required
• Strong background in customer service with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures specific to medical spa environments to ensure client safety.
• Certification or licensing in cosmetology or aesthetician specialties is required; additional training in laser technology is required

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Experience:

• IPL: 3 years (Required)
• RF Microneedling: 3 years (Required)
• Erbium: 1 year (Required)
