We are seeking a highly skilled, polished, and client-focused Aestheticianto join our luxury medical spa in Tribeca. This role is ideal for someone who combines advanced technical expertisewith a strong sense of hospitality, discretion, and sales acumen.
You will deliver exceptional aesthetic treatments while collaborating closely with medical providers and leadership to create a premium, results-driven client experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-end environment and is passionate about skin health, anti-aging treatments, and personalized care.
Key ResponsibilitiesClinical & Treatment Delivery
- Perform a full range of advanced aesthetic services, including:

- Customized facials (medical-grade and luxury)
- Chemical peels
- Hydrafacial or equivalent technologies
- Microneedling (if certified)
- LED therapy and other adjunctive treatments
- Conduct comprehensive skin assessmentsand develop tailored treatment plans aligned with medical guidance
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control, safety protocols, and regulatory standards
Client Experience & Retention
- Deliver a white-glove, luxury experiencefrom intake through post-treatment follow-up
- Educate clients on skincare regimens and treatment plans to drive long-term results and retention
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high rebooking rates and loyalty
- Handle client concerns with professionalism, discretion, and solution-oriented thinking
Product & Revenue Contribution
- Recommend and sell medical-grade skincare productsaligned with client needs
- Consistently meet or exceed treatment and retail sales targets
- Stay informed on product lines, ingredients, and emerging trends in aesthetics
Collaboration & Operations
- Work closely with physicians, nurse injectors, and management to ensure integrated care delivery
- Maintain accurate documentation in EMR/CRM systems
- Assist with maintaining treatment rooms to luxury standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Support practice growth through participation in events, promotions, or client outreach initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid New York State Aesthetician License(required)
- 2+ years of experience in a medical spa or high-end spa environmentpreferred
- Experience with medical-grade skincare linesand advanced treatments
- Strong understanding of skin physiology, conditions, and treatment modalities
- Proven ability to drive product sales and client retention
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills
- Professional, polished appearance and demeanor aligned with a luxury brand
Preferred (Not Required but Valuable)
- Certifications in microneedling, chemical peels, or advanced technologies
- Experience working alongside dermatologists, plastic surgeons, or nurse injectors
- Familiarity with platforms such as Hydrafacial, SkinPen, or similar devices

Pay: $17.00 - $28.00 per hour
