Working with a board-certified plastic surgeon, we specialize in breast and body contouring, reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery. We are currently seeking a highly talented, passionate, and professional MASTER ESTHETICIAN - SPA MANAGER to join our ROSE SPA.

Candidate must have a passion for helping patients achieve their goals and love for the aesthetic industry and eager to build and grow this side of the practice. Candidate must have a MASTER ESTETHICIAN degree with a current Utah state license and at least 10 years of experience in leading medical spa services. Duties include developing a treatment plan for each patient by educating them about treatment options and present recommendations for medical grade treatements and products.

We are looking for a capable, organized and dynamic individual to join our team of Master Estheticians. The ideal candidate will be able to enhance the guest experience by assisting clients with all spa services, maintaining a clean and inviting environment, while still being able to coordinate and schedule employees. A successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working with a spa or wellness organization, as well as a background in hospitality and customer service. Candidate must have a Master Esthetician degree and established clientele in Utah county.

In addition to providing medical spa services there will be managerial duties as well:

• Assign and review work-related tasks for your subordinates.
• Stay abreast of current social trends to create a well-run business.
• Manage employees' daily workloads and evaluate their performance.
• Daily tracking of all provider sales, KPI and all spa related expenses
• Maintain a clean, properly stocked facility.
• Manage the business aspects of the spa well; for instance, budgeting, accounting, and personnel issues.
• Asisst in daily spa related social media posts
• Inventory management
• Retail orders
• Coordinate trainings and interact with vendor representatives

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Experience:

• Management & Leadership: 2 years (Required)
• Medical Spa service provider: 5 years (Required)
