Role Responsibilities.

Performance:
Team Focus:
- Work in tandem with the founder and marketing director to provide a seamless leadership experience for our team.
- Oversee operations of the studio, including patient experience, inventory control, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.
- Work with each member of the team to help them identify keyways to improve and grow within their performance which includes monthly check-ins to support growth and grow job satisfaction and performance.
- Sharing and implementation of strategy key team feedback, ideas, and concerns with leadership
- Client Focus:
- Provide a welcoming, supportive, and professional ethos, ensuring every patient feels valued, comfortable, and fully informed during their visit. Must be adaptable in real time with clients.
- Ensure high standards of patient experience including phone/email/portal communication, schedule efficiencies and financial transactions. Must resolve client concerns with grace and professionalism.
- Business Health:
- Be highly organized and identify key areas for both business foundation and growth. Help develop + optimize standard operating procedures.
- Connect with the community leaders to strengthen our community outreach.
- Meets with the leadership team on a regular basis and helps to identify ways to strengthen Refreshed MD.
- Support and assist in development of retention, referrals, and client satisfaction initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and management experience, minimum two years.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a proactive, solution-driven mindset
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and lead under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
At least two years of experience as a manager/leadership role in a clinical practice (medical spa, dental, dermatology or wellness setting). Knowledge of aesthetic injectables.
Degree in business administration, healthcare management; certification as either a medical assistant or esthetician.
The Opportunity.
Full-time; 4 days/week, Saleried position based on experience and expertise + competitive bonus structure. Required 1-2 Saturdays per month
