Medical Spa Manager/ Laser Technician or Esthetician

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the spa, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning

-Service clientele in the treatment room
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for spa staff
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and inventory management
- Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and vendors to ensure excellent customer service
- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere for clients
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Recruit, hire, and train new spa employees
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients

Experience:
- Previous experience as a spa manager or in a similar leadership role within the spa industry

-Licensed Esthetician with demonstrated work history

-Excellent communication skills to address staff or client concerns
- Strong training and development skills to ensure staff are well-prepared to deliver exceptional service
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and inventory management

-Proficient in software systems: Google Sheets,Excel, Boulevard, and Slack
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff and clients
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Phone etiquette skills to handle client inquiries and appointments professionally
- Experience in recruiting and hiring spa staff members
- A strong focus on customer service to ensure client satisfaction
