Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Manage inventory control, including ordering and restocking of supplies
- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) system to process transactions and manage customer accounts
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Act as a sales manager, promoting spa services and products to increase revenue
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth
- Utilize math skills to analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions
- Implement effective time management strategies to optimize staff schedules and maximize productivity
- Communicate effectively with team members, providing clear instructions and feedback
- Lead and manage a team of spa professionals, fostering a positive work environment
Qualifications:
- Have management and/or sales experience, preferably in a personal service environment such as a spa, salon, or gym.
Are sales and numbers driven natural leaders who can build relationships while
motivating, coaching and supporting a team- Strong organizational skills with the ability
to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficient in inventory control and POS systems
- Sales management experience is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data
- Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
