Medical Spa Receptionist

Vein and Aesthetics of Tucson is excited to announce an opportunity to join our team! We are looking for an energetic, personable team player to fill our position of Patient Care and Social Media Coordinator. Our busy med spa offers many services including facial rejuvenation, body contouring, dermal fillers, Botox and Varicose Vein treatments. We are looking for someone enthusiastic about aesthetics with a strong background in social media. Qualified applicants will have excellent customer service skills, a passion for aesthetics, and be able to multi-task.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage and coordinate all front desk activities, including phones, scheduling, check-in, check-out, payments, patient inquiries, inventory
- Maintain accurate records of patient information
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the front desk/lobby area

- Social Media posts/content, update lobby slideshow

Experience:
- Previous experience in a Med Spa front office, aesthetics, and social media content
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and handle high-pressure situations
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with patients and staff

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.50 - $19.75 per hour
