We are looking for a hard-working and talented individual to join our Inside Sales – Patient Care Coordinator Team!

Who are we? We are a high-end Medical Spa that focuses on aesthetics. We would prefer you have knowlegde of Botox, Filler, Micro-needling, lasers etc. We also have a nationwide telehealth practice that is focused on Primary Care, Weight Management, BHRT, Mental Health and Peptide therapy. Our main objective is to not only treat the current issue but to assess potential health risks and treat them before they become a larger issue. Our office is focused on making each patient feel welcomed and truly like family. We want to not only provide the best care for each patient but also build a relationship that will last for generations to come. We are looking for someone who is not afraid of a start-up.

Our Front Office & Sales staff do not handle applicant calls, our phone system is intended for patient sales & support; Applicants that do not read our hiring process in full and call in to discuss their application will not be considered for this opportunity.

About this role:

· Full Time (40 hours per week) with Night & Weekend Flexibility

· 1099 Independent Contractor

· 4-Day Training Course – Mandatory Attendance, No Exceptions

· Commission + Bonus Only for the 1st 3 days worked after training; Eligible for review to receive base pay of $20 per hour by request after 14 days worked.

· You are doing consultive selling in the office

· 100 outbound calls per day when you are able to make calls in between patient check in etc

What you need to bring to the table:

· Money Motivated

· Self-Starter

· Attention to Detail

· Ability to Multitask

· Sales Oriented with proven ability to build rapport with patients, picking up on cues to close the deal

· Basic Technical Knowledge – specifically the ability to navigate web-based applications with ease

Pay: $40,864.46 - $112,000.00 per year
