Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time | Base Pay + Commission + Bonuses

Bellagio Med Spa is seeking a driven and personable Medical Spa Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a results-oriented individual with a passion for aesthetics, wellness, and customer service.

As a Sales Consultant, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective and returning clients—guiding them through our range of aesthetic and wellness treatments, educating them on their options, and building customized treatment plans that align with their goals. You’ll play a key role in helping clients look and feel their best—while achieving your own financial success.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate clients on treatment plans, products, memberships, and packages
• Conduct consultations and recommend services based on client goals
• Follow up with leads, calls, texts, and emails using CRM/booking systems
• Convert inquiries into scheduled appointments and paid programs
• Maintain high closing rates and monthly sales goals
• Collaborate with estheticians, nurses, and front desk staff
• Ensure a luxury customer experience from start to finish

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales at least two years (medical spa, beauty, fitness, or luxury retail preferred)
• Passion for skincare, aesthetics, and wellness
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Experience with Zenoti, Vagaro, or other booking/CRM platforms is a plus
