Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Medical Aesthetic Consultant & Patient Care Coordinator to assist Physiciani at our Medical spa. In this role,The Medical Aesthetic Consultant & patient Care Coordinator is responsible for guiding clients through personalized treatment plans, converting consultations into booked Services, and supporting the physician/Provider during patient Care. This role blends sales performance,patient experience and long term client retention.

Responsibilities

Conduct in- Depth aesthetic consultations(in person+virtual)

Recommend Customized treatment plans(injectable,Skin,body)

Convert Consultations into same -day or future bookings.

Present pricing packages and financing options confidently.

Track and followup on all leads and consults(no missed oppertunities),This can be delgated toother staff with close followup.

Upsell and Cross Sell complementary Treatments and produts

Promote packages and promotions.

Reactivate inactive clients throughout reach

Assist in conducting seasonal Sale Events.

Assist physician/provider during procedures when needed.

Maintain compliance with protocols and safety standards.

Skills

• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), typing (10 key typing), and familiarity with multi-line phone systems.
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse patient populations effectively.
• Prior clinic or medical office experience involving front desk responsibilities such as scheduling, intake processing, filing medical records, and office management.
• Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette; ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance standards to ensure confidentiality of all patient information.
• Experience working with Dermatologist or Medical Office advantageous for understanding complex healthcare workflows. Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
