Job Overview
Edera Med Spas is seeking a driven, results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our client experience and sales performance. This role is focused on converting consultations into high-value treatment programs, building a strong sales culture, and driving consistent revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is confident, energetic, and passionate about wellness, aesthetics, and personal transformation. You will play a key role in guiding clients through their journey while leading a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales and front desk team to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Conduct consultations and confidently present treatment programs to clients
- Drive conversion of leads into packages/programs through effective communication and follow-up
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase bookings, retention, and client lifetime value
- Oversee daily operations including scheduling, CRM/Zenoti management, and client flow
- Monitor KPIs, track performance, and report on sales metrics
- Recruit, onboard, and train new team members
- Ensure exceptional client experience from first contact through treatment completion
- Collaborate with marketing to support promotions, events, and campaigns
- Maintain a professional, high-end environment aligned with brand standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management (medical spa, aesthetics, wellness, or high-end retail preferred)
- Strong closing skills with the ability to sell high-ticket services/programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM systems (Zenoti or similar preferred)
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team
- Organized, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and client transformation
- Bilingual or multilingual is a plus
