Job Description:
Position: Driver/Technician. This role is crucial in ensuring the timely delivery, installation, replacement and de-installation of various monitoring equipment such as iPad/tablets, weight scales, pulse oximeters etc., to patients
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery and Installation: Responsible for the delivery of initial patient supply box, sharps/biohazard containers and installation of tech equipment to patients with thin 2 hours of the service request
- De-installation and Replacement: Efficiently remove and /or replace equipment from patient homes as needed. Deliver biohazard/ sharps containers in properly packaging to be dropped off at USPS/UPS.
- Equipment Maintenance: After equipment pickup from patients, thoroughly disinfect and prepare it for next patients. Notify manager of any damaged or warn equipment.
- Daily Operations: Vehicle inspection at start and end of shift. Product inventory at start and end of shift. Engage in daily driving from one patient to another, managing the installation and de-installation of equipment, along with the delivery of other medical supplies as required. Completion and submission of installation/de-installation worksheet. Disinfecting/cleaning of equipment.
- Scheduling Flexibility: Be available to work within the company’s operational window of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, with various schedules available.
Requirements:
Language Skills: Must be proficient in English.
Technical Skills: Computer knowledge, troubleshooting connectivity issues related to Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, basic knowledge of medical equipment (pules ox, BP, etc)
Driving Skills: A good driving record is essential. Ability to drive in any weather
Attributes: The candidate must be punctual, accountable, and reliable at all times. A self-starter and highly organized individual. Customer service experience and willing to work as a team.

Compensation: Starting at $28 per hour.
This position will work part time up to 28 hours a week.
Location: Santa Clara County
