Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Supply Clerk to support our Home Health operations team. This clerical role is critical to ensuring clinicians have the supplies they need to provide high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, efficient, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and responsiveness are essential.
Key Responsibilities

Manage inventory of medical supplies, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and tracking usage
- Prepare and distribute supply kits for field clinicians based on patient needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using electronic systems and spreadsheets
- Coordinate with clinical staff to anticipate supply needs and prevent shortages
- Process vendor orders and ensure timely delivery of supplies
- Organize and maintain a clean, efficient supply room
- Assist with documentation, data entry, and clerical support as needed
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and inventory processes
Qualifications

Prior clerical, administrative, or supply/inventory experience preferred (healthcare experience a plus)
- Strong computer skills and comfort learning new systems quickly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) or similar tools
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
