Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Supply Clerk to support our Home Health operations team. This clerical role is critical to ensuring clinicians have the supplies they need to provide high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, efficient, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and responsiveness are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory of medical supplies, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and tracking usage
• Prepare and distribute supply kits for field clinicians based on patient needs
• Maintain accurate inventory records using electronic systems and spreadsheets
• Coordinate with clinical staff to anticipate supply needs and prevent shortages
• Process vendor orders and ensure timely delivery of supplies
• Organize and maintain a clean, efficient supply room
• Assist with documentation, data entry, and clerical support as needed
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and inventory processes

Qualifications

• Prior clerical, administrative, or supply/inventory experience preferred (healthcare experience a plus)
• Strong computer skills and comfort learning new systems quickly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) or similar tools
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
