Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and other medical facilities through outside sales efforts.
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our medical supplies.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure new accounts and expand existing partnerships.
- Manage accounts proactively by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Identify new business opportunities through analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Prepare compelling sales proposals using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word to effectively communicate product value propositions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, inventory management, and compliance with industry regulations.
Experience
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within medical supplies or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Demonstrated success in outside sales roles with a focus on account management and customer retention.
- Experience delivering product demos and technical presentations in a professional setting.
- Familiarity with analysis tools for market research and sales forecasting is a plus.
- Knowledge of medical sales regulations, healthcare industry standards, and pharmaceutical sales practices highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel to prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence efficiently.
