Medical Technician cum driver

Key Responsibilities of an MEP Technician:

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical (HVAC, etc.), electrical, and plumbing systems in buildings.
• Diagnosing and fixing issues with MEP systems, including electrical faults, plumbing leaks, and HVAC malfunctions.
• Conducting regular inspections of MEP equipment and systems to identify potential problems and ensure optimal performance.
• Performing preventative maintenance tasks as scheduled to prevent system failures and extend the lifespan of equipment.
• Responding to emergency repair requests to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and replacements.
• Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and protocols.
• Working with other technicians and facility management teams to address maintenance needs.
• Ensuring that all work meets quality standards and deadlines.
• Identifying opportunities for energy conservation and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Working from engineering plans and specifications to ensure proper installation and maintenance.
• Utilizing various tools and equipment to perform maintenance and repair tasks.
• Communicating effectively with supervisors and other team members regarding work progress and issues.
