We provide high-quality, all-inclusive medical packages—including hair transplants, dental treatments, cosmetic surgeries, and gastric surgeries—to international patients visiting Turkey. With offices in London since 2019, we are expanding our reach in the UK and Europe.


ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking ambitious, disciplined, and multitasking English-speaking Sales Specialists to join our dynamic sales team. This hybrid role involves both remote work and occasional in-office meetings, where you will engage with English-speaking patients interested in receiving medical treatments through Clinic Center. As a Sales Specialist, you will manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry to post-sales coordination, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory journey for our patients.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage online sales and coordinate with international patients.

• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales.

• Collaborate with hospitals, doctors, and internal teams to ensure seamless patient experiences.

• Clearly communicate the details of medical tourism packages to potential patients.

• Prepare and provide customized price quotations for patients' medical packages.

• Report daily, weekly, and monthly on sales activities and progress.

• Handle additional tasks as assigned by management.


About You

• Fluency in English: Perfect English is essential, both spoken and written, as you will be directly communicating with patients.

• Sales Experience: Proven track record with at least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the medical tourism or healthcare industry.

• Strong negotiation skills with a persuasive and confident approach.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and explain clearly.

• Comfort with handling sales conversations over the phone and online; able to build rapport quickly.

• Results-driven, passionate, and highly motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Ability to multitask, adapt, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
