Medical Transcriptionist

The Medical Transcriptionist is responsible for accurately transcribing physicians’ dictated reports, medical records, and clinical documentation. The role ensures quality, accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of all transcribed medical documents.

Transcription & Documentation

• Listen to and transcribe dictated recordings by doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Prepare and edit patient history, discharge summaries, operative notes, diagnostic reports, and other medical documents.
• Ensure accuracy of medical terminology, abbreviations, drug names, and patient details.
• Edit and proofread transcriptions for grammar, spelling, clarity, and format.
