Vivo Healthcare University, a 4+ star Nursing Home, is seeking a reliable and compassionate Medical Transportation Driver to transport our patients to their appointments around the surrounding areas of Jacksonville, Florida. As a Medical Transportation Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule Medical Appointments

• Coordinate schedules with IDT for referrals, orders, etc.

• Safely transport patients to and from appointments, medical treatments, and other healthcare facilities

• Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills to build trust with patients and provide exceptional customer service

• Ensure a clean and safe driving record, adhering to company safety standards and operating procedures

• Lift or push 50 pounds, as needed, to assist with patient transportation

• Pass pre-employment background and drug screening

• Have reliable transportation to and from work

• Be on time for patient appointments

• Work in all types of weather

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards

• Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening
