Medical Transportation MAVO Driver $18 HOUR

Medical Transportation Company located in Toms River, NJ is now hiring Wheelchair Van Drivers also known as MAVO (Mobility Assistance Vehicle Operator) to assist and transport wheelchair bound and Ambulatory patients. Drivers to provide transportation to medical patients in Ocean and Atlantic Counties. Full time, Part Time, Shifts and Per Diem positions available. Must work every other Saturday. $19.00/hour start for all experienced MAVO drivers! Must have a minimum of one year experience. Must be currently certified and employed as an MAVO driver to qualify! Bring current pay stub we will match or beat your current pay!

$18.00/hour start for non-experienced MAVO drivers. This includes less then one year experience or MAVO drivers we train.

MAVO Drivers: MAVO drivers are responsible for transporting wheelchair-bound patients as well as Ambulatory patients and patients that need assistance in getting to and from their medical appointments and / or any other destination. Must be able to lift a minimum of 125 lbs by your self and 250 lbs with a partner. This includes safely maneuvering a wheelchair and patient up and down stairs. No experience necessary!

Qualifications: Driver's License (Required). Minimum 3 year possession of drivers license as subject to motor vehicle insurance requirements. No experience necessary, will train and assist with getting all proper certifications including but not limited to Defensive Driving Course, MAVO Certification, Oxygen certification, CPR and First Aid.
