Job Summary

This energetic position involves operating a company vehicle to transport individuals to medical appointments, dialysis centers, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities. Duties
- Safely operate the company vehicle to transport patients efficiently.
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, providing compassionate support and ensuring comfort during transit.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and compliance with all regulations.
- Communicate clearly with dispatchers, healthcare staff, and passengers to coordinate schedules and address any concerns promptly.
- Load and unload patients requiring heavy lifting assistance while adhering to proper safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance records.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety procedures diligently to ensure a secure transportation environment for everyone onboard.
Experience
- Prior passenger driving or delivery driver experience is highly preferred.
- Demonstrate strong navigation skills and professionalism.
- Proven customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance basics to identify potential issues early and ensure vehicle reliability.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when assisting passengers or handling equipment.
- Valid driver’s license.
