We believe that medical communication should be anything but boring. We are looking for a visionary Medical Video Producer who can bridge the gap between scientific accuracy and cinematic brilliance.

The Role: Directing the Narrative of Health

This isn't your average corporate videography gig. As our Medical Video Producer, you will own the creative pipeline from concept to final render. You will work closely with top surgeons, medical researchers, and healthcare brands to translate dense clinical data into engaging, visually stunning video content. Whether you are scripting a piece on breakthrough robotic surgery or directing an empathetic patient testimonial, your work will set the gold standard for healthcare media in the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Production: Lead the pre-production, filming, and post-production phases for a diverse portfolio of medical, educational, and promotional videos.
• Scripting & Storyboarding: Translate medical jargon, clinical procedures, and research papers into clear, compelling scripts and visual storyboards.
• Direction & Cinematography: Direct on-camera talent—ranging from professional actors to real-world doctors and patients—ensuring a comfortable, high-quality filming environment.
• Post-Production Oversight: Edit footage, integrate medical animations/graphics, oversee sound design, and ensure color grading meets international broadcast and digital standards.
• Compliance & Sensitivity: Ensure all visual content strictly respects patient privacy laws, clinical safety protocols, and Qatar Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) regulations.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

• Portfolio/Showreel: A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional lighting, framing, storytelling, and editing skills (experience with medical, scientific, or corporate-corporate storytelling is highly desired).
• Experience: 3–5 years of professional video production experience (as a producer, director, or multimedia specialist).
• Technical Toolkit: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and modern camera ecosystems (Sony, RED, Canon Cinema line).
• The Creative Edge: Ability to make clinical environments look cinematic, engaging, and approachable.
• Language: Fluency in English is required; bilingual proficiency in Arabic (written and spoken) is a massive competitive advantage for directing and localizing content.
• Location/Status: Currently residing in Qatar with a valid QID and a transferable visa/NOC.
