Medical Wellness Receptionist - Guest Experience Agent

At our luxury longevity clinic located in one of the most Luxury hotels in UAE, we combine the best of medical expertise, wellness, and spa therapies to create personalized journeys for our guests. We are looking for a Guest Experience Agent who will be the warm and professional face of our clinic, guiding guests through every step of their stay.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests with warmth and discretion, setting the tone for a luxury experience.
• Manage check-in, check-out, and scheduling for medical consultations, therapies, and spa treatments.
• Coordinate seamlessly with doctors, nutritionists, therapists, and wellness practitioners.
• Handle guest requests with professionalism and empathy, anticipating needs before they arise.
• Maintain accurate records and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in luxury hospitality, medical wellness, or spa environments.
• Strong communication skills and a guest-first mindset.
• Professional appearance, discretion, and ability to inspire trust.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable under pressure.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
