Medicals Sales Assistant cum Driver

We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and resourceful Sales Assistant & Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team on a part-time basis. This unique role combines client-facing sales support with essential local logistics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining existing customer relationships, presenting our product portfolio to prospective clients, and occasionally handling product deliveries.

A deep familiarity with the local road networks and a strong command of fluent, clear English are essential for success in this role.

Sales & Customer Management (60%)

• Account Maintenance: Regularly communicate with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction, address inquiries, and secure repeat orders.
• Product Promotion: Introduce and pitch our range of high-quality medical devices and laboratory consumables to healthcare professionals, labs, and distributors.
• Business Development: Identify, approach, and develop new B2B customer leads to expand our market footprint.
• Administrative Support: Assist in preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinate client follow-ups.

Logistics & Driving (40%)

• Occasional Deliveries: Safely and efficiently transport and deliver laboratory consumables or medical equipment to clients across the region when required.
• Route Optimization: Utilize excellent knowledge of local roads and navigation apps to ensure timely, cost-effective drop-offs.
• Vehicle Care: Ensure the company vehicle (or personal vehicle, if applicable) is well-maintained and presentable for client-facing deliveries.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Prior experience working within the medical devices, life sciences, or laboratory consumables industry is highly preferred.
• Language Skills: Fluent, clear, and professional English (both written and spoken) is mandatory for handling business communications.
• Driving License: Must possess a valid, clean UAE Driving License.
• Navigation Skills: Must be exceptionally familiar with local roads, commercial zones, and routes in Dubai, Ajman, and the wider Northern Emirates to ensure smooth delivery operations.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Attributes: Highly reliable, punctual, self-disciplined, and comfortable working independently.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
