Vitality Guard Insurance is actively hiring motivated and professional Medicare Field Agents to join our growing team.

This is a field-based position where agents meet with Medicare beneficiaries in their homes for scheduled benefit review appointments. We provide the marketing and set the appointments for you, allowing you to focus on helping clients and closing sales.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-scheduled in-home appointments with Medicare prospects
• Conduct Medicare benefit reviews
• Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plan options
• Assist clients with enrollments when appropriate
• Maintain compliance with CMS and carrier guidelines
• Build strong relationships with clients in your territory

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License (2-15 or 2-40 preferred)
• AHIP Certification is a plus
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Sales experience preferred but not required

• Health Insurance License (Required)

Experience:

• Medicare Sales: Preferred
• Customer Service or Sales Experience: Preferred

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
