Responsibilities
- Possess an active Health Insurance License.
- Provide exceptional customer experience through informed, positive, and professional interactions.
- Build strong relationships with the existing and new clients.
- Present and explain product solutions, including features and benefits, while offering alternative options when relevant.
- Generate sales from inbound calls and proactive outreach.
- Leads will be provided but must possess the ability to generate your own leads also.
- Ability to attend marketing community seminars weekly.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote additional products as needed.
- Support customers in selecting the right healthcare solutions by addressing and overcoming purchase barriers.
- Drive growth by achieving sales goals and surpassing company metrics for revenue, retention, and service.
Requirements
- Active Florida Health License
- Two or more years of Medicare call center experience.
- Maintain CRM database.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical skills.
