Medicare Health Insurance Agent

We’re seeking dedicated candidates with a passion for guiding Medicare consumers toward the best healthcare options and are enthusiastic about making a positive impact. We welcome you to join our team of industry-leading Medicare advisors.

Responsibilities

  • Possess an active Health Insurance License.
  • Provide exceptional customer experience through informed, positive, and professional interactions.
  • Build strong relationships with the existing and new clients.
  • Present and explain product solutions, including features and benefits, while offering alternative options when relevant.
  • Generate sales from inbound calls and proactive outreach.
  • Leads will be provided but must possess the ability to generate your own leads also.
  • Ability to attend marketing community seminars weekly.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote additional products as needed.
  • Support customers in selecting the right healthcare solutions by addressing and overcoming purchase barriers.
  • Drive growth by achieving sales goals and surpassing company metrics for revenue, retention, and service.

Requirements

  • Active Florida Health License
  • Two or more years of Medicare call center experience.
  • Maintain CRM database.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical skills.

Job type Full Time 9-5

Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
