What You'll Do

• Handle inbound Medicare sales calls and client inquiries
• Educate clients on Medicare plan options and guide them through enrollment decisions
• Build trust with prospects and deliver a high-quality customer experience
• Accurately document sales activity and client interactions
• Maintain compliance with carrier and CMS guidelines
• Build and grow a renewing book of business

Who We're Looking For

• Experienced Medicare sales agents with a proven track record of performance
• Must have successfully completed at least one full Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) as a Medicare agent
• Active resident Health insurance license required
• Prior Medicare sales experience required
• Strong communication skills and confidence handling high-volume inbound calls
• Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
• Reliable home office setup with stable internet and ability to work remotely without interruption
