Responsibilities
- Engage with existing clients via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and promote retention strategies
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to reconnect with at-risk clients and offer tailored solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using data entry and CRM systems
- Provide exceptional customer support by understanding client needs and delivering personalized service
- Assist with client onboarding, account updates, and follow-up communications
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to develop retention plans and improve customer experience
- Utilize tools to generate reports, analyze customer data, and track engagement metrics
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette, communication skills, and professionalism during all interactions
- Handle cash or payment processing when necessary with accuracy and integrity
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing customer feedback and suggesting enhancements
Experience
- Health Insurance license and Medicare experience required
- Previous call center experience or roles involving outbound calling is preferred
- Proven customer service or client support background demonstrating excellent communication skills
- Bilingual abilities (English plus additional languages) are highly desirable to serve diverse client bases
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook; proficiency in data entry and analysis skills are a plus
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques is advantageous but not required
- Strong typing skills (speed and accuracy) along with good phone etiquette are essential
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems or similar platforms is beneficial
