We are growing and seeking a results-driven Medicare Sales Agent to join our in-office team.
Position Summary
This is a sales-focused role. Your primary responsibility is to close Medicare sales by educating eligible individuals and enrolling them into appropriate plans. You will work with warm leads, referrals, and scheduled appointments — no cold calling.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct Medicare sales appointments (Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplements, and PDPs)
- Present plan options clearly and confidently with the goal of closing sales
- Complete enrollments accurately and compliantly
- Follow CMS guidelines and internal sales processes
- Track activity and sales in the agency’s CRM
- Participate in AEP, OEP, and scheduled in-office sales days
- Collaborate with the SVJ team to meet individual and agency sales goals
Compensation
- W-2 position
- Base pay + Commission
- Commission paid on all closed Medicare sales

Who We’re Looking For
- Active Health Insurance License OR willingness to obtain licensure as a condition of employment
- Unlicensed candidates must obtain their Health Insurance License within 30 days of hire as a condition of starting in the role
- Medicare sales experience preferred, but not required
- Strong sales mindset with the ability to ask for the business
- Professional, confident communicator
- Coachable, accountable, and motivated by results
- Reliable and comfortable working in an in-office setting
- Basic computer and CRM skills

- Full-time (32-40 hrs. a week)
