Opportunity Overview

We are seeking an experienced Medicare sales professional who is strong in:

  • Cold calling
  • Closing
  • Customer service

You will be provided:

  • Unlimited leads
  • A dedicated appointment setter (personal assistant) to support your pipeline

Your role is to produce, stay consistent, and help build the foundation of this company.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls and follow up with leads (cold + warm)
  • Close Medicare enrollments (T-65 focus)
  • Assist with plan changes when appropriate
  • Work appointments set by your assistant
  • Provide excellent service to existing clients
  • Meet clients in person when needed
  • Maintain CRM and pipeline
  • Operate with professionalism and compliance

CompensationBase:

  • $200/week starting base salary

Commission:

  • $250 per T-65 enrollment
  • $100 per plan change

Unlimited earning potential with unlimited leads

Growth Path → Leadership / 2nd in Command

This role is designed to develop into a leadership position.

Expectations (High Standard Role)

  • Daily cold calling and pipeline management
  • Excellent attendance and strong work ethic (non-negotiable)
  • Ability to stay consistent even on slower days
  • Must be flexible (phone-based + occasional in-person meetings)
  • Must be able to adapt, take initiative, and think like an owner

This role is for someone who wants to build something, not just collect a paycheck.

Requirements

  • Must live in or near Indianapolis, IN
  • Several years of Medicare sales experience (REQUIRED)
  • Strong cold calling and closing ability
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Comfortable working both over the phone and in person when needed
  • Excellent attendance and strong work ethic (REQUIRED)
  • High integrity, professionalism, and reliability
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Ability to take ownership and think independently
  • Active Health Insurance License (preferred or willing to obtain)
